Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have finally settled their legal disputes over their shared home, allowing both exes to move on and cut ties for good. This news comes nearly three years after their dramatic split, which sent shockwaves through the Vanderpump Rules fandom.

According to an exclusive report from Page Six, Madix filed a notice of settlement in Los Angeles Superior Court, marking the end of a complicated legal saga that began earlier this year when she sought to force the sale of their Valley Village home.

The duo purchased the property together for $2 million back in February 2019, but the fallout from their breakup complicated matters significantly.

But the resolution isn’t entirely straightforward. The case was dismissed as "conditional," requiring completion of specific terms within 30 days, and both parties are scheduled to meet again on February 5 for a final status conference. If either side fails to uphold their agreement, a trial will proceed on February 17. Despite these stipulations, both exes appear eager to move on with their lives separately.

Madix originally filed the lawsuit in January 2024, seeking an "equitable allocation of the proceeds of sale" after learning that Sandoval wanted to keep the home. He claimed to have offered her $3.1 million in cash to buy her out, which she allegedly rejected due to "petty" reasons, as reported by Sandoval himself.

The tension between the two intensified after Madix publicly ended their relationship in March 2023, following the revelation of Sandoval's affair with co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss. Despite their complex history, fans are celebrating this development.

"Finally, both of them can start anew!" said a thrilled Bravoholic on social media. "It’s about time they move on from this messy situation." The relief among fans is palpable as many had grown tired of the lingering drama that seemed to overshadow Madix's and Sandoval's personal growth.

Madix has wasted no time in moving forward; she relocated from their shared home in May 2023 and soon after invested $1.6 million in a new property in the Hollywood Hills. A source close to Ariana revealed, "Ariana has fallen in love with this home and is excited for a new chapter."

Meanwhile, Sandoval is also looking toward the future, having moved in with his new girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, in November 2024. How do you feel about this news? Let us know your fan of view below or by sending us a message on social media @fandomdaily_.
