You can now play as the Midwest Princess herself in Fortnite!
A femininomenon has come to Fortnite. Chappell Roan has collaborated with the massively popular battle royale shooter as the latest headliner of Fortnite’s rhythm spin-off game Festival. The "Season 13 Heartcore Music Pass" features three playable Chappell Roan skins, two inspired by her on-stage tour outfits and one inspired by her "Roan of Arc" fit from her 2024 VMA performance, a Pink Pony Star Back Bling, a keytar, as well as "Pink Pony Club" being added as a new Jam Track.
Fortnite Festival Season 13 Heartcore Music Pass is available now through April 16, 2026.

Having one of the hottest voices in pop music collaborate with one of the most popular game nowadays is exciting enough as is, but the way it was announced has fans talking. Developers Epic Games made a splash with a beautiful teaser depicting a mythical Chappell Roan battling through different worlds that utilize different animation techniques. Chappell adventures through a stop-motion world, to one that's fully embroidered, to an anime showdown all before reaching the world of Fortnite. It's quite captivating for only a minute long trailer.
Many fans were quick to point out that the trailer features animation created by artists without the use of AI, which made them only more excited. Wow I love this display of beautifully handmade human art! Seeing human art makes me want to play this game! I think I will download it now! https://t.co/WggMGf8tOz
Each frame of this is human made.

Yes, even the hand-woven tapestries!
This is what makes art worth creating. https://t.co/LxKssthMFb
Funnily enough, the collaboration could be traced back to Roan herself. In a BBC Radio 1 interview last year, the hitmaker expressed her love for the game and pleaded with developers "Please give me a skin, please."
Clearly, the right people were listening.
When @chappellroan asks for her own Fortnite outfit, we give her her own Fortnite outfit.
