In a heartfelt announcement that stirred the Bravo fandom, Paige DeSorbo has confirmed she will not be returning for  Season 10 of Summer House. The 32-year-old star, known for her infectious laugh, lifestyle, and candid personality, recently opened up in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE about her decision to take a break from reality television after seven memorable summers.

“Reality TV was so fun, and I feel like I was the perfect age to do Summer House and what the vibe was,” DeSorbo told the publication. “I would never say never, but I think coming off of it after seven years, I would love a break.”

She went on to emphasize that a comeback to the reality TV scene isn’t on the immediate horizon, “But again, I would never say never.”

DeSorbo's departure comes after a deeply rewarding journey that saw her grow not only as a television personality but as a creator and entrepreneur. In a recent Instagram Stories update, she reflected on her time with the show, calling it “one of the most rewarding chapters of my life — the friendships, the drama, the giggles, all unforgettable.”

She expressed gratitude for the community and opportunities the show brought her, but also acknowledged that “like all good things (and some bad decisions), it’s time for this chapter to close.”

Instead of the familiar Hamptons backdrop, DeSorbo is spending more quality time with her family and exploring new experiences.

“I really haven’t been able to go home a lot during the summer,” she explained to PEOPLE. “So, I’m actually very excited to spend a couple of weekends in Albany with my family and go to some places that I never get the chance to this summer.”

She also hinted at taking a break from her usual Hamptons scene.

“I know the vibe. I’ve done it. I’m excited to try out new spots.”

For the fans, especially the devoted Bravoholics who have followed DeSorbo from the very beginning, this news felt expected but still bittersweet.

“As a true Bravoholic, Paige’s exit wasn’t really surprising,” shared a longtime fan on social media. “We could all tell she was ready to take a step back and focus on other things.
