Is Megan Thee Stallion officially off the market?

Fans certainly think so after NBA star Klay Thompson posted a cozy set of vacation photos that seem to confirm the dating rumors that have been swirling for weeks.

On July 12, the Dallas Mavericks player shared a photo dump from a recent Bahamas getaway, including one snap of him kissing a woman and another of them holding hands. While he didn’t tag her, fans immediately connected the dots.

The woman’s long purple nails and hairstyle were nearly identical to the ones the hitmaker sported in a series of bikini-clad vacation photos she posted the very next day.

If you ask the Hotties, the singers fiercely loyal fanbase, they clocked this pairing long before Thompson's soft launch.

“Wait, is that Klay just casually chilling? 😂😂,” a fan commented under one of Megan’s July 10 Instagram posts, where a man who looks just like Klay appears in the background, lounging poolside. Another user asked, “That’s Klay in the back??? 👀” sparking a theory that the rapper and NBA star were quietly vacationing together.

Fans are celebrating the possible new couple, but with one clear condition – treat Megan right, or else.

“Be good to my girl! We’ve been through a lot,” one fan commented, while another added, “He better know he’s dating royalty.”

Their protectiveness is understandable. The rapper, 30, has been open about her traumatic past relationship with rapper Tory Lanez, who was convicted of shooting her in the foot during a 2020 altercation. In her 2024 documentary Megan Thee Stallion: In Her Own Words, she admitted to previously lying about the nature of their relationship to journalist Gayle King, saying, “I just didn’t think it mattered. I was shot.”

Following the high-profile trial and intense media scrutiny, Megan has slowly returned to the spotlight, and fans are here for this era. Even Memphis Grizzlies player Ty Jerome commented “whoa hard launch” under Klay’s post, the All-Star replied, “I’m all gas no brakes, Jerome.” Kevin Durant also chimed in with, “THAT BOY,” while Klay’s former Warriors teammate Quinn Cook added, “There he gooooooo.”

As for the artist? She hasn’t confirmed anything just yet.
